Where can I get this

Ok, when I pulled my hood. The hinge on the passenger side popped off. I thought I had the clip that came off stored with my other small parts. Now I can't find it. Does any one know where I may able to buy the clip with out having to hit a wrecking yard. I would have to remove the cowl piece to get to it. In the picture. it is the little guy that looks like a big star washer.
