My Dad is trying to put in a new switch, and I have read some posts about it describing using needle nose, or some special tool to remove these two collars with lines in it, but he doesn't see any collars and can't get the knob off, He grabbed it from behind and tried to turn it but not working... Anyone have a very basic step by step info???
