My 1990 D150 hadn't ran for about a year, and when it did it ran alittle rough, I changed the plugs, wires, cap, rotor. I strted it up and and it was worse, I checked the firing order and moved everything one position, and it wouldn't even turn over, then I moved things back and changed a couple wires, and now it turns over and sounds like it wants to start but it won't. Any help would be great.
