WARNING do NOT prebook thru internet, do it by fone, direct to the hotel you'll get better rates anyway! we got $20 a nite under internet room rates by calling direct! do not agree to charges way above and before arrive times for pre booking on the internet!!!! to the tune of Of<0VER $1000!!!!! the most likely to do so are Trivago, and Travel Advisor. They sent billing and got paid for trips that were never made, OR BOOKED! Priceline has also been warned about them doing the same.
Trivago DOES NOT want to refund money for a trip we never made or booked! AND won't refund w/o a lengthy bunch of shit. Turning them over to my attourney Monday.
