My transmission was working before I rebuilt motor. I added a lot more horsepower. I replaced the flex plate. I do not think it disengaged the torque converter from the pump by accident. I bolted on fine and bolted to flex plate fine. If converter got moved off the third drop in so to say would that cause it to slip and would it still bolt together no clearance issues with it.
