Alright I finally got my ignition issues out of the way. Now to do the fine tuning. forgive me its been a loongg time since i've had to tune and time an old V8. Which way to turn the distributor to advance and which way to retard? What are the base timings for a 83 318 4bbl? Also what is the easiest way to tune the carb both a/f and jets? Carb is an edelbrock 1405. Also i am still running the dual pick up dist and scc. Haven't tuned or fine timed/tuned an old v8 in over 5 years.
