The classic, “What’s my car worth” question

Good morning, all.

I believe I have come to a fork in the road with my '67 Barracuda convertible; 225 slant-6 with 3-speed manual. I got this car about 4 months ago with the hope of "bringing it back to life" and being able to enjoy some summer cruising. Unfortunately, the rust is a bit more advanced than I thought and about 2 months ago I began the process of taking off the front clip to then pull the motor/tranny. From there, I was going to have the front frame fixed, and by that I mean a better or new one put in since the current one is no good. The floor seems good, though there is a hole behind passenger seat. And then there is the rather typical "New England" rust in the rear quarters, etc. (Below are a couple youtube links for a lot better description than I can type).

My question, (and I totally understand it's all relative), is: What might this car be worth in it's current condition? What might it be worth if I parted it out? I just don't have the time, experience, or likely the money to invest in this beautiful car so trying to come up with a fair asking price; again, either for the complete car or if it part out the good stuff, (engine, tranny, bucket seat interior, dash, trunk, lights/tails, power roof, etc.). Not looking to gouge anybody or "get rich". Would just like a fair deal for me and the buyer. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. It has 76k original miles.
