Taking a vacation

I need a vacation.

I've got to get a few things in order first and do some necessary suspension repairs on Sarah's Hyundai, but after a month of sitting in her room while she was in a coma, the three months before that of stressing that she was alright, making all the appointments, trying to keep her spirits up, and now, after the memorial service and her burial these four walls are closing in on me. This town is closing in on me. The business of ordering my life without Sarah in it is wearing on me.

I plan on taking a break in another few weeks. It's time for me to reboot and figure out where I need to be going forward.

I'll be heading to Florida to spend some time with family. But I'm in no rush to get there. I'll be meandering a bit.

There's some folks from here I'd like to meet if they'll have me. I plan on going down 95 to get there and then heading up 75 to get to TN where I have family and staying with them for a couple of days before coming home.

Like I said, I'm willing to meander a bit and if that means getting off the beaten track, then so be it.

There's a lot of good folks on here who were rooting for us along the way, supporting us prayerfully, financially, rooting for us, who extended hands of friendship. I'd like to look you in the eye and shake your hand, if you're willing.
