I am putting in a set of .880 bars in my 65 Coronet but having some trouble getting them in. I have already removed the bump stops heck I even removed the shocks to make sure the front was completely unloaded. The issue is that the front t bar cradle doesn't line up with the rear ones. Meaning that I can get the rear hex lined up but the front hex isn't lined up then. I tried to lift the control arm just enough to get the hex lined up and the control arms even unloaded when I let it down but then when I did that the little arm that the adjuster bolt hits didn't come back down with it. That was the "L" side I could never get the "R" side to ever line up. Is there a way to clock the LCA T bar cradle so I can get them to line up? I am totally confused because they come from the factory with the hex cradles flat to point but since I put in 1.08 bars for the street they are flat to flat. How do I get them back to original.
