What do you guys think a stock 360 cast crank will take for HP and RPMs? I am contemplating a build with about 12.5-13 to one compression and plan on running about 6500-7000 RPMs, after market rods and forged pistons. I am trying to stay on a budget but if I really need to buy a crank then I may go the 408 route as the cost is pretty much the same when a crank is added, and there is also more selection of off the shelf pistons. I think the 360 will be a better motor overall, I currently have about 11 to 1 compression and only use about 5500 RPMs with stock crank rods and hyper pistons.
