I have 12v on the battery, car off. Turn the key, get nothing just some clicking under the hood that I assume is the starter. My car is a 65 New Yorker 413. Question is will a starter work from a 66 Newport 383 to test to see if the starter is bad and is there a starter available to replace the bad one if it is the starter in the 65 NY'r
