Selling this for a customer who doesn't have much internet access...
It's your basic 383, it's been gone through and has about 800 miles since being done. Ran 11.80s in an E body with a good set of heads and medium size solid. It's being sold because we went in another direction. So - it's been pulled apart and will need clean up and a set of bearings. Pistons are custom Diamond (going by the part number) forgings that are designed for good compression with factory iron heads. They use a unique 5/64, 5/64, 3/16 ring stack and are pressed pin in this application. Bores are all good, if it was me I'd pull out the cam bearings to wash it properly and freshen it up. This is the block, forged .010/.010 crank, stock rods redone with SPS bolts, and pistons. I'm willing to work with buyer to achieve any level of "done" you want.
