1970 Fury with a Rim Blow steering wheel. Had the wheel off to be fixed, put it back on and it wont work.
Ohm meter used and all is good, horn relay is good and the horns themselves work.
There does not seem to be any "wiring" coming up through the steering column to meet up/match up with the "power wire" from the rim blow...damn this is hard to describe.
