Racing @ I29 Draqgway

Won't happen again this Saturday, Gotta werk and supposed to rain again!!!! Off werk tomorrow, gonna go up for private test n tune, if it don't rain again. Shooting for 4.30's 1/8th on 110 leaded gasoline. even if I get there (supposed to rain agin) we'll probably be switching over to the Pro Systems SV1 methanol carb after this weekend. I 29 Dragway will be my home and license track.

Topeka Kansas has "adopted" Heartland Park, BUT as of today, only committed to the 3 NHRA meets and nothing else. NHRA has said that the Kansas Nationals and the divisional and regional meets will be elsewhere next year if Topeka can't secure a better deal. They said they regret leaving because so many racers like the track.

540 motor is sold less carbs. made enuf on it to build larger or A/FD motor. we'll see what's in the cards for later this year.

The 250" dragster car did NOT sell, but is only certified @ 6.0. Would be good for T/D but not A/FD. we'll see where were going with it.

I'm thinking keep the 250" car n and run Top Dragster, can't really afford fuel for A/FD.
