Today I finished up the install of the Borgeson power steering pump and their coupler on the 66 Monaco. I was a little unsure about hacking up the steering column to make it work, but I didn’t have to!
All I needed to do was drill three holes through the intermediate shaft with the provided drill bit and hammer in a few roll pins. I used two Dorman 31002s for a new rag joint/coupler where the shaft meets the column. It all hooked right up and I lost virtually all play that was in the old...
