I have 2 wheels that appear to have been powder coated.
1. can a flat black be polished to a gloss?
2. Can these be recoated -- or is this permanent.
3. Does a chrome wheel make it harder to p- coat-- or does it matter at all?
These are general questions---- I need to decide if it will be more cost effective to re-work these or find a replacement.
They are 14x6 small bolt steel wheels---- not factory mopar-- I believe they are old chrome reverse that now sport a flat black powder coat.
