I was wondering if anybody woud know where to mount the dual snorkel hood scoop on a 68 valiant – i am not sure if all A body`s woud be mounted in the same spot ,it will be functional.

Are the Edelbrock heads the best for the money 1200? or are there better heads for less that still have the closed chambers so that you can get a boost in compression? I want to know becasue im going to save up for heads rather than port the ones I have

I’ve rebuilt the front end on the 68 Dart while all was out for paint preps. and have not touched the t-bars yet. I still know which is Right & Left but does it matter on how it is placed back in? I marked it so I could put them back in the same way, but now I am wanting to clean them up and paint them as well. So other than R or L and front & rear does it really matter? In other words how they rotate?

Since my Ramcharger has become my daily driver for now I decided to work on a nagging problem but first, let me give you the details of my build.

360 LA block decked for 0 clearance and bored .040 over.

KB flat tops. My measured comp ratio is 10.2:1 with a 4.100 bore, .040 thick Cometic head gasket.
Stock crank turned .010 under.
Eagle I-Beam rods.
HV oil pump.
Stock rear sump truck pan. (holds 6 quarts, gotta love Dodge, lol)
Double Roller timing chain.

looking for original big block motor mounts for my 68 barracuda, anyone out there willing to sell????

I tried searching, but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Is there a source for a one piece oil pan gasket for a 360 LA motor? The descriptions on Summit’s site are unreliable I’ve found.
