Electric Water Pump info please

I plan to be using an electric water pump. Muanufacturer yet to be determined. Do they all come with provisions for by pass and heater feed?

Drag Racing has lost another legend

A dear friend and Drag Racer, here in North Carolina, Mr. Billy “West” passed away last evening. Billy West was a legend among drag racers, especially MOPAR. He was an inductee into the East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame. Billy always had a smile and loved to talk Mopar.

mufflers

What mufflers should i put on my 69 barracuda 360 with an 2 1/4 piping. I have cherry bomb turbos on it right now but it is very quiet. I would like to get a beefier sound out of it? i was thinking magna flo, or flow masters???????????:read2:

Bow tie came out of the closet!!

I got a hardened bow tie buddy of mine to switch one over to right side. He ownes two chevelle’s a 69 396 ss 4sp, and a 70 chevelle 383 stroker. Both cars are vary nice, but I got him hooked on the 09 Challenger’s and low and behold he is selling the 70 and put a down payment on an 09 black, 6.1 auto Challenger. Made my day, now I have been emailing him links to Mr. Norms web page. I also went to the Mr. Norms sight and hit the talk to builder button and left his name and phone number.

oil pressure question

what do you guys have for oil pressure? i have a mopar high volume pump. 340. only started motor a few times. seemed as oil pressure was around 70 psi the first few times i started it. now this last time i let it run for a pretty long time and got the header tubes red hot, but my oil pressure dropped to 50 at idle, then 40…..then down to 30. put it in gear it might drop a little lower than 30….but if you give it gas it shoots back up to around 70. i know about all the areas to check. …

1972 340 duster

Hi, I just signed up last night….I have just bought a 72 340 4-speed,391 s/g duster in Lemon twist with the blacked out hood & ladder graphic. This car is a 45,000 mile survivor in excellent condition. I am the 3rd owner and have direct contact with the original owner. Need ’76 Duster parts (seats, manifolds, radiator, etc…)

I am looking for black buckets, small block exhaust manifolds, and a radiator for a 1976 Duster. Near LaCrosse Wis.
