I’m a newbie to A-bodies and car repair in general… I’ve recently acquired a 66 Valiant Sedan with a rebuilt Slant 6, good exterior, and fairly complete from a chrome and parts situation. I really like the look of this car and now have an image in my head of how it should look when i’m done with it… i am rebuilding the brake system back to drums and single chamber MC for now… am actively seeking donor car for disc upgrade, excellent info on this forum.

Ok i’ve switched several a body upper control arms to the bigger ones and never woried about getting them adjusted close (toe).Any easy and quick way to adjust them somewhat close?Or should I even worry about it?

I started installing the 273 today. Shoehorned in nicely without a scratch.

Will post more up to exhaust sound after run-in later in this thread.

Inside flange to flange 32″, made for a 71 duster, may fit other A bodies, 8 3/4, 4 link, stock c body axles cut and resplined, frame has surface rust. 1600 or best offer. Located in Cushing, OK

_It’s an A-Body 4 speed and I decoded it to this:_
1968 Dodge out of Hamtramck, MI (#146149 out of that plant)
A833 4 speed built on June 26th, 1967 (#78 off the line that day)

Do you guys agree I got it right? Is there any way to find out what A-Body it came out of?
