mopar purple solid .557 / 292* cam or not.

I already have the Mopar .557 lift / 252 @ .050 in my assembled short motor. I'm finally getting this engine of mine finished off & am going over everything. I'm copping a bit of crap about my old Mopar grind from some mates that have solid rollers. It has me thinking a bit about it. I just got of the comp cams & lunatic sites but I still think the old Mopar grind is still OK & I already have installed it. Just getting last minute jitters I think. My specs are 3300 lbs ish. 3.9 8/4. Full manual reverse pattern 727 3500 stall . 383 cid , race prepped, 10.7:1 comp, 3" madrel bend exhaust & custom headers, 75cc Indy ez 440 heads ( getting flowed with ported holley street dominator inlet ) & 750 dp holley & 3" carb spacer . mad dizzy & 6 al , hemi dart hood scoop. My goal is mid 11 sec street car . any suggestions ? Should I change cam ( I have 1.6 rockers ) ? I know a solid roller would be great but would I be best spending money elsewhere like bogging & porting heads , new manifold, to work with what I got now? I think I'm thinking to much but just want it to be right. & old mate doing my head work is quite back logged & I won't know anything for quite awhile.?
