Thursday, my bud Doug Duell sent a runner to Indy to retrieve the engine that was just finished Tuesday. You may recall the engine seized in Maryland and we drove all night to Evansville, IN to pull the engine in his mother's garage -- took the motor to Indy, and then Dallas raced his Barracuda in Bowling Green for the Hot Rod Reunion. We left the Coronet in Evansville and took the Barracuda back to Houston)
and Thursday night he and Mat Wright (RBC Racecraft) stabbed it back into the car. Sunday they'll start it and finish the details.
Sunday we'll load up so we can leave early Monday.
Tuesday we'll pick up the car and take it down to Bowling Green to test.
Wednesday head to Joiliet to jump in line.
