Looks like we have lost the IHRA World Finals in Rockingham. I was looking for the dates on the schedule and didn't see it and when I went to the IHRA site they show it in Richmond VA. Sucks for Rockingham, but I figured it was going to happen eventually. The track owner has not put any money into the facility in a long time - even after being told to do it a few years back by the IHRA. Same fate that our Nascar track suffered in 2004 - and for the same reasons. Soon all of the 50 year racing history of Rockingham will be lost forever :(
