Hydraulic clutch set up for 65 cuda?

who is using a good hyd. clutch set up in a 65 cuda. I currently am using a Howe draw cyl. stroke is 1.38" and a wildwood master cyl. both are 3/4 bore. My clutch is a centerforce 2 diafram style and using no overspring under dash. I made a custom clutch pedal that is straight not curved just to get more travel. I have tried long and short forks and I still have to go to the floor to get enough clutch release to shift. I also am using a similar set up I found online used on mustangs to drive the master cyl. in. It kind of works like bolt cutters pivoting. It made it a lot easier than just hooking the master cyl. to the pedal. To me it is still stiff and I would like to not have to press to the floor to shift. Thoughts and opinions needed. It also grabs right off the floor causing me to cherp the tires.
