Hello from S.W. Fla.

I'm a long time Mopar Man, grew up during my young teens on a Dodge Franchise Lot (County Dodge New Haven Ct.)! I remember watching a big white Power Wagon being delivered and getting its plow rigged up and going to work moving snow immediately!!! The dealership also sponsored the "Yankee Peddler" machine driven by "Wild" Bill Flynn my best recollection would be 1965 thru 67???? Not positive oin that. Our home ground was the original Connecticut Dragway I think it was in Colchester. My memory pin pointing dates is obviously lacking!!!! I do remember how much fun we had, even the dreaded "Dyno" Don Nicholson and his Mercury Comet (at that time it was a Comet I know everyone thinks of him with the triple 409's) That was a great weekend then to see the "Peddler" back at the store or up at the shop in West Haven was a treat!
I've owned alot of Mopars through the years and after being without one for about 6 years I just bought one. Something very different for me, a break from the muscle!!!! 1949 Dodge Wayfarer "Business Coupe" in 100% stock form. I hope theres a few classic guys around because I don't know a damn thing about this car other than my first car was a 1949 Plymouth station wagon and I hated that thing hahaha!!!! thanx guys!! Doc
