Hello to all. My name is David and Ive got a 1971 Jensen Interceptor Mark II which came stock with a Mopar (383/727) drivetrain. Otherwise, its an obscure hand-built British car. Although I just joined the group here yesterday, Ive been lurking long enough to identify some great suppliers. To help the Interceptor live up to its name, Ive contracted Damon at Diamondback Engines to build a 499 Stroker which will cosmetically simulate the stock engine and John Cope at CRT to build a 727 ProStreet transmission to suit it. Both gentlemen have been extremely helpful and receptive to my out-of-the-ordinary project. Ill post some images once it all starts to come together.
