Fuel pump test?

Hi, Is there any way to test a fuel pump while it's not in the car? i TOOK IT OUT, READY TO TAKE BACK TO KRAGENS.I have a 1974 Plymouth Sattelite that won't get fuel from pump to carborator. I dissconnected gas tank from fuel lines, also ran a line from pump to gas can/gas.also new fuel filter tested and it works fine.cranked it with plenty of juice but no gas to carborator. I've tried every test and I'm so FRUSTRATED (not to whine), i'm about to sell the damn car, and I don't want to because it's an ultra Rare, very low production, good condition(otherwise) Sundance edition. I had this Frickin problem for months now! I hate this car right now. I wish I had my old 74 Challenger again,or my Sports Fury. Any help greatly appreciated. 2 fuel pumps bad? The pump levers move, and do create a suction and both(old and new), seem to work as much as they can,is ther something deeper inside may be broken I'm overlooking something? Everything else seems fine, maybe somethings BLOWN in Block? where fuel long lever goes in to side? Thanks, Mike
