On the firewall of my 80 Mirada is a red box with a 3 wire connector. It's next to the voltage regulator. Is this the EGR time delay box? My EGR and smog junk is gone, so I'd like to remove the timer if that is it and relocate my ignition coil to this spot. I'm sorry, but don't have a picture right this minute.
