Dropping a 340

Hey guys...

I'm thinking of dropping in a '68 340 in my 273 (Commando v8) equipped '67 cuda.

Is it a simple transplant? Will all my brackets and power accessories (factory a/c, power steering, radiator, pulleys, etc.) work? Any comments or suggestions?
