Came up on news today. Senator asked what is definition of an assault rifle/weapon to ATF nominee(?). He said "any weapon that will take a detacheable high capacity magazine chambered larger than .22" If that's what is going to get outlawed (maybe) what if someone makes an AR upper chambered in. 22 and then makes a .223 cased .22 bullet? They wanna split hairs......
