Craigslist Intake review/selection/opinions

Hi all,
Thought I'd run this past everyone and get their opinion. I'm up in the bay area for work and noticed several intakes on craigslist. Thought I might pick one up in anticipation of a future 4bbl swap if it seems to be a good deal. I've got a 73 318 duster with a mild cam. everything else is stock.

340 Intake: Asking $70 without the head

There's also what appears to be a set of 920 heads? I think thats what the older 60s heads were. Hard to tell, they're closed chamber but not the 302 castings. The guy says that they are from the 60s. I'm going to have to do valve work soon anyway, some people claim these heads would be an improvement.
