I bought this Slap Stick shifter plate/indicator from Norms Speed Shop, please see included Ebay link for a similar plate.
This is in good condition and includes two plastic shifter slides, one is round, one is rectangular for either style shifter. The plate reads Slap Stick. I bought it, never installed it, don’t need it.
