It's getting cold up here in Canada already and the '92 Dakota with 5.2 just will not start once it goes down to freezing. It seems like when you turn the key to the on position you cannot always hear the pump ticking, but by touching the starter a few times that seems to get it ticking and then most of the time it will start. Should we be thinking of changing the pump??? We have changed all 3 temp sensors and the crankshaft position sensor. We have changed the coil and pick up coil. Any suggestions?
