Well, after 2 plus months of paperwork, I received the phone call yesterday that we are closing today at 11:00am. My Fiance doesn't know anything about it and still thinks we are in the process. I'm going to give her some gifts tomorrow for Christmas that are a little different. A welcome mat a few new pictures for the walls and then the keys to the house. She will be totally surprised and freaking out. It was really hard for me to keep my cool yesterday to not tell her, but I figured this was perfect for a Christmas present.
