So whenever it is really cold, I have noticed that the 318 runs really rough until it's warm, then it runs fine. I also never have any problems starting the car. Anyway, I went under the hood while it was warming up and manually pulled on the choke linkage, and the idle smoothed out. It seems like the vacuum canister pull-off is pulling harder than the spring, and the choke is turning off too fast. Is there any way to adjust the rate of the choke pull-off? I did just replace the choke...
