I got told yesterday that my recertify might involve STRIPPING the car entirely down, if so, that might ruin any chance of getting the car out yet this season. Waiting on a call back from nhra div 5 tech, and Heartland Park Topeka track manager to clear things up for me. Aiming for 6.0 sec cert. New front wheels due in tomorrow. one of the old ones was leaking between the wheel halves, figured new one piece wheels would be the safe ticket toward fixing that. Ordered a pair of the Jeg's polished 5 star wheels, they are listed in the Y code catalogue with pictures. The new MSD, Pro Bandit shifter w/Shiftnoid, and engine diaper are all in place and working great. All that is lacking to be ready is the new wheels and a recertification.
