Air cleaner?

Have a 71 duster with a 360. Currently the car has the stock hood with no scoop and I don’t want to cut the hood. I’m looking at ways to increase the amount of air that is force thru the carb (a holley 750DP). Currently the car has no air cleaner on at all, I was thinking about a dual snorkel air cleaner, but am not sure of how to run the tubes out to the front, because there isn’t alot of space. What are some things you guys have done to help? Pics would be great. Thanks.

Fuel Cell in a Duster

Hi Guys, I’m getting ready to put a fuel cell in the Duster. How about some pics of yours to give me some ideas on mounting it. Thanks, Tom

????? before I try to degree my cam

I plan to use the timing chain tension on this motor do I need to get it all in one 1 and take the pin out before I degree or do I wait to pull the pin….I had a little more slack in the chain than I thought was normal but it’s not in the chain I replaced it and the new one is the same as the old one and its for line bored main….also I have googled how to degree cams so many times but there are I think 2 ways I read to do it I know I start off by getting true tdc piston stop in plug…

3″ pipes or 2 1/2′ with cutouts?

I’m going to order a Jegs or Summit exhaust kit and would like opinions. Should I go with 2 1/2″ and use manual plate cutouts on race day or install 3″ and leave connected for racing. 3″ would be less to do come race day, 2 1/2 would mean removing the plates but sound better when racing.

Cryogenic treatment

I’m building 410″ stroker for my ’74 duster. I have an Eagle Cast crank that I was going to get cryogenically treated for strength, but I just read somewhere that cryogenic treatment doesn’t do any good on Cast. If it doesn’t do any good, why is it offered? Does anyone have any knowledge of this? I don’t want to throw money away to get something done that doesn’t do any good.
