Torqueflite A727 harsh reverse

904 transmission questions

What parts do I need to rebuild a 904 to handle the torque and horse power that my 408 will produce?

440 and older Torqueflite

I have found a great buy on a rebuilt 440 with flat top pistons and want to put it in my 1961 Chrysler. Up until now, I have been told that the older cast iron (1961- “B” Block) transmission will not bolt up to the crank on the 440. The guy I am working with is pretty sure it will.

Any comments?

Carb Linkage for 360 with a 727 kickdown linkage

I’m just trying to find some information on where to get or what carb to buy for the 360 “Early 360” I’m putting in my 63 plymouth fury. The issue I’m going to run into is finding a carb or linkage for the Carb for the 727’s kickdown linkage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

has anyone ever put a sm block chevy in a 65 plymouth valiant where could i get the motor mount kit and which headers would fitwhat about a clutch pedal setup so i can run a 4-spd , also power steering and dis breaks for the front (keep budget in mind)i have the small block avaiable if the will work

shifter cable

i need a automatic shifter cable for my 65 273 valiant with the shifter in the floor i cant find any auto parts store that has it,also who would be a good vender to find parts for these cars………thanks mike :confused:
