i recently converted from auto(727) to manual(a833o/d). i have 3rd & 4th gear switched around. when i shift to 3rd its 4th gear. when shifting to 4th its 3rd gear. one mechanic said thats the shift pattern for this trans. its a 70s transmission. this the shift pattern?

I want to swap a late model D100 truck 8 3/4 rear end into my 96 Ram 1500.

My only concern is how to adapt the anti lock brakes to the older rear end.

Does anybody have any ideas on this?

I have a 1998 Dakota R/T with a trashed transmission. I would like to swap the 46RE out to a 727. What would have to be done to make this happen?
