I’ve owned a 72 Scamp for a few months now. I’ve been talking to a lot of people about the /6 motor and have found out quite a bit of useful info. I have also been given some “tips” on tuning and maintaining. I recently had the lifters adjusted to take care of a slight ticking noise. I was told by someone that the /6 should have a tick to it and not run perfectly quiet. Seems odd to me. Also someone told me that on my next fill of gas, I should put in a cup full of Marvle Mystery Oil. He said…

I have a paint code from my 74 duster which is Y51L. The parts and paint stores are having trouble finding the mix. Even the online paint people are not sure enough for me to order. Does any one have the old paint formulas for the 70s’ or know someone who can sipher this code? Help appreciated. Thanks

Who has plain steel rims. I just need them to roll car around shop. Nothing special just 4 1/2 X 15. I bought 2 from a member. They were 14’s. I just need two. THX
