Is there a special washer or ring for high pressure steering hose connection?

Been on a journey of redoing basically everything. Just rebuilt my steering pump and gear box and pittman arm. My high pressure hose is a couple years old but low mileage and mild use till now. Just got it back together and it’s leaking from the high pressure hose. Just doesn’t seem to fit right and leaks out the top. Is there a special washer or ring i lost when i took it in i need to replace? I’m summer ready once i get these leaks figured out

Spark Plug Issue

Good Morning All.
Replaced the plugs in the ‘Party Barge’ (’65 Newport 383 Carter BBD point style ignition).

Can you help a Small block Chevy guy understand a 1962 Chrysler 413 with cross-ram manifold? – compression and pump gas?

Hello folks –

I’ve owned dozens of classic cars over the decades, but never a Chrysler, or any Mopar of any flavor. Its a long story as to why, but I am considering a 1961 Newport, and it has a 1962 413 engine with cross-ram intake, dual carburetors…and….I have no idea what I’m even looking at, except the it looks kinda cool ;-). I have a few questions, and hop you can educate me:

1) Someone has suggested to me that this engine, with 10:1 compression, will not run well on pump gas…
