Greetings Esteemed Moparians!
While perusing the engine compartment pic for the Next Newport, I noticed the distributor control valve in back of the Carter B & B carb that indicates a CAP setup.

The current owner complained of the carburetor malfunctioning, but I now suspect maladjustment as much as possible inherent malfunction. The Burning Question arises as this thread is titled: CAP: Keep or Delete? THIS one, as a '68 WILL be subject to emissions...
