Jer was the first FCBO member to reach out to me when I joined, and I know he has connected with many members who never had the pleasure of meeting him.
I spoke with Tony, Jer's friend who brought him to Carlisle this year, who said that Jer "came alive" as soon as they entered the fairgrounds each day. Jer loved to be there and visit with all of his "car buddys" as he could.
