Vendors for a 340 fuel line

Hello,
Looking for recommendations on vendors for a 340 fuel line. I’m looking for the steel line that goes from the mechanical fuel pump to a single four barrel carburetor on a 340 engine. A one piece steel line that has the factory bends, connectors, and flared ends.

340 carburetor size?

Hello,
What size single four barrel carburetor was installed on a 1971 340 engine. It is a factory stock engine with a 727 automatic transmission. The VIN# says it’s a high performance engine but I think they were all the same, a sales gimmick? Anyways, would the four barrel carb be a 600, 650, 750cfm? What was the stock sized cfm carburetor installed on these engines when new?

I’m also interested to see the wiring layout leading from the firewall to an automatic 727 transmission neutral safety switch. I have a 71 Challenger with a 340 engine 727 automatic transmission that the engine was removed at some point in it’s life. Right now the firewall wiring is a little messed up and I want to reroute it to make…

Mechanical fuel pump change

Hello,
I want to install a new mechanical fuel pump on my 1971 340 engine. I’ve never changed one before. I am mechanically inclined but wanted to ask the members of this forum if there was any instructions or videos I could follow. It’s looks pretty straight forward but there’s always a trick or technique that will make this an easier job.

Thanks in advance,
