Pulled some Kelsey Hayes calipers PN# KH 86166 off the car

I decided to pull the calipers off the 1966 Coronet before it heads off to bodywork & paint. Obviously these are not original – it was a surprise that the car even had disc brakes. I’m replacing the whole front end with another one I’m building. Anyway… Are the KH 86166 calipers worth something to someone, or do I round file them? I’m going to sell the disc brake setup on there right now, so should I keep them with the setup? These are not run as-is surely but may be good rebuild…

Oh the joy in removing door & quarter glass along with 54 year old felts and weatherstripping

Wasn’t as bad as I was expecting but the weatherstripping was a PITA. The desert is not kind to soft goods but got the job done. I’m going with Steele Rubber stuff on the rebuild and boy they are proud of it. Oh well, if I’m going to do it, may as well make the best of it as much as possible. The felts were hard as a rock and the regulators need some work and lube.

Thinking of going to a dark blue interior

I’m completely going through a 1966 Coronet post car that came with a black interior – the only things that remain of the black interior is the inside front windshield trim and a severely cut up gutted dash. No seats, headliner – anything. I have a perfect dark blue dash that I can use. The car is originally WW-1 white and will be painted with that WW-1 white as well. I think it will look good dark blue, opinions? I haven’t seen that combo before but its really beginning to appeal to me. I…

383 stroked to 431 with a Mopar 557 solid

I want to hear those solids ratting around. Anyone with a muffler preference? I think a tinny clean sound is what I’m looking for.

ID these Plymouth Division hubcaps?

I found these rummaging through my stash and forgot I had them. I was hoping they were Dodge but they aren’t. I have the set of four, they are driver quality (3 are nice, one has a some dings but still would make a nice driver set and save your perfect ones for shows and the like. See pic

Is this a Mopar brake booster?

Goober beat my inner fender to make room for this thing. I think I’m going to have to round file this thing unless it’s a Mopar piece. See pics

Which K member is this?

I can’t find a match at Schumaker’s engine swap website. It’s in a 66 Coronet old race car that I’m working on. I ask because this thing is a melange of parts and I don’t want to assume it’s a 66 or later piece. The link looks like a 64-65 K but the rest does not match. See pics
