New Carlisle festival of flight
One of the biggest local car shows
They shut down main street, and there’s probably 10 blocks of cars
First, some eye candy for the Mopar guys
What is this and what does it do
1964 imperial, I’ve asked several of the Mopar guys at the car shows and they’re stumped
At first I thought is was some kinda old timey ballast resistor, but then I saw the ballast resistor to the right of it
It basically looks like a spool of white thread
Any idea what it is and what it’s for?

I’m going to have these printed up and have them beside my car at the local cars shows, just in case someone wants to know more about MY car
