Do I need a 90 degree oil filter adapter to run headers?
As the title ask, do I need the adapter to run long tube headers on my Challenger with a small block? I had headers on my ’70 Challenger, but it was so long ago that I can’t remember to tell the truth.

Old Hooker header coatings, and options.
I bought a pair of Hooker headers awhile back and they appear to have a coating of some kind. I remember them having some type of coating from the factory maybe in the mid 80’s, but can’t remember what it was called. It sort of reminds me of galvanized metal more then anything. A518/46RH Torque converter recommendations
I’m looking at getting a new torque converter for my A518 with lockup. I would consider having mine rebuilt, but with shipping both ways, new is getting close. I have considered PAC, and PATC, but do not know much about PATC. I am waiting to hear back from PAC on cost, but am open to other vendors.
