1973 Newport Custom in CA (400, 4-dr hardtop, Honey gold, road wheels)

Not mine. Hope this is not a repost.

CM43M3C281896 seems to be a beautiful yellow/tan/gold car for sale on eBay.

"1973 Chrysler Newport Custom, super clean, four-door hardtop, yellow (honey gold) exterior with light gold vinyl roof, gold vinyl a…

1972 wagon on eBay (K-code now 440)

Not mine, listed on eBay and on CL in York, ME. The ask in Maine is $15k.

"500 horsepower 440 with a built 727 automatic. New drivetrain has less than 500 miles on it. The hood is custom with an A-12 style hood scoop and flat black paint. The ca…

Chrysler 300 ragtop in New Albany, IN (claimed to be a 375HP 440)

Not mine. Dunno if this is the right area to post, but here goes.

I found this car while looking for something else. It was seemingly last advertised in February of this year. I have tried to contact the seller, which I understand to be (or have been) Les’ Cars and Trucks, but the (812) office line has been disconnected, the website does not work, and the public…

2019 Sully Antique Car Show

@Analog Kid attended the 2018 show and reported on his experience last year. He attended again this year, together with his great-looking ’72 Fury III coupe. I met him there with my 1970 ‘vert and @Imperialist67 (who rode with me, as the car he’d planned on bringing seemed to be experiencing carb issues). Another member, @Dillon, brought his…

Get your Hankook Optimo H724 WW tires while you can!

These tires were discontinued last year, to be replaced by a different tire (Kinergy ST). AFAIK this new tire is made in Tennessee but, unfortunately, does not come with white walls.

The H724 WW had remained widely available till recently. When I deci…

1971 NYer 4-dr hardtop ($11.5k in Des Moines, IA)

Not mine. Posted yesterday on CL by a flipper (said to have bought it at an estate sale in Missouri). Looks like the third GB2 4-door for sale in the last few months. This one looks to be the best of the bunch by a margin — the seats look to be in superb condition, and the car is said to have no rust.

Edit: It looks like a GA4 grey, not a GB2.

PS: @Lefty71, that’s…

Medina, a 1971 T-code Monaco

The car, whose previous owner lived in upstate New York, first popped up on FCBO last September. How it became mine a few days ago, and what I knew of its history at the time of purchase, is detailed in this thread. I plan to post updates (as well as p…
