Hey, I am going to go ahead and show my ignorance here… I want to paint the metal interior parts in my car and thought I would try it myself first… I am going to try to paint one of the rear seat metal pieces by the little role down window. So I am only messin up one small peice if I fail at this task.

What is the best way to do this? I was going to try rattle can with a layer of primer then paint, then a clear coat. Will this suffice or will it chip and scratch easy? Is the best…

I want to paint the dood on my dart swinger like this,but im gonna use a 72 style snorkel hood scoop.ive already got the black pearl,and hemiorange,and about to get my viper silver for the grille,ralleys,and aar type(but not quite)stripe.i need measurements on the hood treat ment from the demons done like these cars,i dont like the sizzler stripe for what im doing.I would like to figure a way to incorporate a siver chopped stripe on the hood so it all flows together though.The pics are kinda…

Just bought a 68′ black Dart GTS and the previous owner bought a stripe kit and never did installed it. I prefer to keep the car all black.
The stripe kit is made by 3M and loosely rolled.
I figure a fair price $40.00 plus/shipping.

I thought it would be fun for a forum to be about what is true, and what is false. There are weird things floating around the internet ( and this site) about dodge facts, and it would be nice to know what ones are true and false.
