I am looking at rebuilding my front end and in the process ugrading the steering and brakes.

1. LCA reinforce and use greaseable bushings
2. Use an adjustable UCA, i.e., Magnum Force or ? Make my own?
3. I want to upgrade the current discs to Viper 13″ rotors and 4 piston calipers.
Does the 73-up A body drum spindles use the bigger ball joint?
4. Adjustable strut rods? Worth it or not?
5. I have PS and like it, but was wondering if anyone uses FFI on their cars? Good? Bad? hate it?…

As a lot of you know, I had my Eddie heads done by BJR & all hell broke loose when a buddy of mine said the heads were screwed up. I said a lot of ignorant things on this site about BJR’s work which should not have been. I recently found out from Gall Racing Engines that the way BJR had the heads set up is the way the heads should have stayed but I didn’t know any better & let the other guy change springs & all kinds of other stuff & then when I got the engine back I had nothing but trouble…

I am not running the console, so I won’t need the bracket measurements, but I still have to build the shifter mounting bracket evidently. Can anyone take measurements of the shifter bracket itself (length/width/depth), and also a measurement of the front of the bracket to the firewall? Thanks in advance.
