Was having my Cordoba shipped from Las Cruses NM to NC. Apparently there were two cars picked up from the same location. Nationwide auto transport apparently didnt read there manifest right and instead of picking up a 66 newport wagon they grabbed mine. 20 minutes after they left Statewide came to pick up my car. The previous owner called Nationwide but they said that they couldnt turn around. Now my car is in a storage yard called victory motors and the owner is demanding $500 dollars to get it out. I dont think I or the previous owner should have to pay for the drivers negligence. I'm thinking about reporting the car as stolen but feel that the car might be damaged in retaliation. Does anybody live nearby this place and can take pictures of the car and also does anybody have any friends in the police department down there I can contact in order to help me with this situation?
